From a studio in the United Kingdom Fancy Features supply fully customisable giant colouring in canvasses on a commission basis to clients all over the world. Our goal has always been to get as many people as possible involved in creating art together.
To our knowledge we're still the only business in the world that offers a fully bespoke colouring in design service.
We developed the giant colouring in concept at music festivals in 2008. They're a captivating way to get hundreds of people involved in creating a finished painting that's ready for display afterwards, capturing the event forever.
Today with a team of just two artists we've created more than 100 hand illustrated canvasses that have been coloured in by thousands of people at events across the globe. Fancy Features have been commissioned by global brands like Fred Perry and Absolut Vodka, UK charities like the Alzheimer's Society and Mencap and big festivals like Shambala and Secret Garden Party.
In 2007 whilst travelling in New Zealand Maria created the 'Giant Colouring In' concept for a group to collaborate to create a painting together. She started Fancy Features in 2011.
Maria hand illustrates our giant canvasses, working from your ideas to create a picture that captures your story ready for colouring in!
Chris joined Fancy Features to manage the company's web & graphic design. Chris also helps to illustrate, paint & prepare canvasses for colouring in during busy periods.
Chris is always working on Fancy Features' next biggest thing, join our newsletter at the bottom of the page to keep up to date with his inventions!
