Three colouring bears at Utilita's Lightbox events

Utilita asked us to illustrate three colouring bears for their Lightbox Project, a free community run initiative that offers fun and educational workshops for children and families across the UK.

The 'buddy' bears journeyed to us from Berlin where they're made specifically for art projects and bringing art to the streets. Maria created three colouring designs based around Utilita's company, one of the bears is electricity themed with light bulbs & circuits, the second bear is gas themed with pipes, pressure gauges & flames and the third bear shows Utilita delivering their energy to the community.

We made some plinths on caster wheels for the 3D colouring bear sculptures so that they were at a perfect height for colouring and look swish for display.

We took the bears to get coloured by families at The Lightbox Project.
